Spring

Dancing before my very eyes
There are beautiful butterflies
As the lilac petals fall
I hear a blue birds call

Blossoms bloom
In the light of this bright moon
Glistening colors red and blue
Dripping off flowers is the morning dew

As the morning sun rises we set a flame
To burn away all the pain
The gentle hands of spring have come at last to rip
Away the rough and starving hands of winters grip

And though we have lost much
Springs fertile hands will touch
The land and save us again
The bears will rise from within their dens

Their cubs will wander and play
Chasing the butterflies all day
Bees pollinate the flowers
Water falling in may showers
